Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact delivery timelines and eligibility for refunds.

8. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Results such as revenue depends on factors outside our control.

9. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. As a general rule:

Refunds may be available before work has started
Completed services are non-refundable
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion 

Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Disputes 
If you experience an issue, please contact us first so we can resolve it. We reserve the right to respond to disputes with evidence of service delivery, communication and agreed terms.

11. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Once paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your business purposes.

You must not use our services for unlawful, misleading or policy-violating activities. We may suspend or terminate services if such use is identified.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including revenue.
